If we enter “Half/Full Day Working” as 3.30 or 8.45 means
3.30 is actually 3 hrs 18 mins.
8.45 is actually 8 hrs 27 mins
If we want to enter 8 hours 45 minutes so we need to enter 8.75
If we want to enter 3 hours 30 minutes so we need to enter 3.50
